Where is EasyCare located?
EasyCare is at 400 Negombo Road, Kapuwatta, Ja-Ela 11350, Sri Lanka, on the main Negombo Road. Use the Get Directions button on our contact page to open the route in Google Maps.
How do I book an appointment?
Send an appointment request through this website, message us on WhatsApp or call us. Tell us your vehicle, the service you need and when you would like to come in.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
Not yet. The form sends us a request. A member of the EasyCare team checks availability and then confirms your date and time by phone or WhatsApp.
What services does EasyCare offer?
Four kinds of work, all at one facility: car wash and cleaning, detailing and paint care, vehicle servicing and maintenance, and mechanical repairs and diagnostics. The Services page lists everything in each category.
How much will my service cost?
It depends on your vehicle and the work it needs. Message us on WhatsApp or call with your vehicle make and model and the team will advise you.
Can I have my vehicle serviced and detailed in the same visit?
Yes. Servicing, repairs, washing and detailing are all carried out at our Ja-Ela facility, so you can combine them in one visit. Mention everything you need when you book.
